  • t tsp fine yuzu zest
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar


  1. In a small bowl, rub the yuzu zest into the sugar. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight. Optional: In the morning, transfer the mixture to a food processer and pulse a few times, until the zest is even more finely grated and distributed in the sugar.
